Quality, Independent, Easy-to-Understand Building Reports

hppi would be my first recommendation to anyone asking for a good building inspection. The speed in which they booked in the inspection and delivered the report was surpassed only by the quality and the level of detail it contained. I've ordered a few building reports and this was the most thorough I have ever seen. Loaded with detail and photographs and nothing overlooked. On top of this everyone I dealt with was pleasant and responsive, from the initial quote through to delivery of the report. I will contact hppi whenever I need an inspection done.

Our first house, all the nerves and questions about; “What to do and what to do” + doing a Meth Test. I think that I went back and forth emailing Katie at least 10 times, and she was replying in a professional and friendly way, explaining all the details involved. Also she even sent me an email on a Saturday; to ensure that the service was going according with the deadline that we had!

I must give this company a 5 star rating. Katie was so great to deal with when I was discussing business with her on the phone. She is so patient and well organised. And the inspector Cameron came to the property on time and completed the job very efficiently, explaining to you everything you need to know for future use and maintenance

Very impressed by the quick and friendly communication! The level of detail is also great. 77 pages for a 3 bedroom home. This will serve as a blueprint for future maintenance. Awesome experience. Thanks heaps Katie and the team.

These guys were so great to deal with! Katie was super friendly and organised a pre-purchase inspection with such short notice. My partner and I were very impressed with how diligent our inspector Rob was, he spent a great deal of time looking at all the small details in a methodical way. This was reflected in a detailed report which outlined all the concerns we were told of on site and lots of good pictures to refer to. From start to end, a quick and quality process; I would highly recommend these guys!
